Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns for eligible orders delivered within the United States within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at cassime.hulya@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be approved before items are shipped back.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law.

For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

For orders with paid shipping, customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

International Returns

Our standard 14-day return policy applies only to orders delivered within the United States.

We do not accept voluntary change-of-mind returns for international orders. This does not affect any cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights provided under applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at cassime.hulya@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. Where an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will cover applicable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping fees. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us before returning your item. Exchanges are subject to availability and approval.
